The “Who is the Top Singer” final competition rocked the Gymnasium on April 16th, 2017.The competition had three rounds. Five out of ten groups of competitors went to the second round after PK. They then each chose one English song to perform in the second round, and the top three went to the final round. Competitors were free to choose whatever they wanted to sing in the final round. The competition ended with Huang Bingru winning first place, Li Weixuan taking away the second place prize and Mao Xiaotian grabbing third place. Han Yuejiang and six other groups of singers won the Award for Excellence. Moreover, the group, “Mantis Shrimp and Geoduck” won the “Most Popular” Award. This singing face-off was a smash hit, and the audience enjoyed cheering on their favorite singers.
