Let’s Hold Hands to Have a Warm Winter Together

Winter is coming! Winter solstice is a very important day within the  24 solar terms in the Chinese traditional calendar. Starting on this day, people will count eighty one days, split into nine day increments. They believe after 81 days, spring will arrive.

To celebrate this day, BRFLS formally began its winter culture festival!

During the opening activities, students drew their favorite pictures, expressing their rich imagination and sharing with us the beauty of their imaginations.

After that, students played small games together and listened to festive music. When they got tired, they could stop to have hot chocolate and sweet cakes!  Finally, they ate dumplings with different stuffing carefully prepared by our school chefs. Just look at how happy they were!

For these adorable BRFLS students, winter is not just a cold season, it is a snowy wonderland full of the flavor of sweet hot chocolate.
