A Happry Science Carnival

A British philosopher Bacon said:”Reading makes people fulfilled, witty and profound. Everything they learn will become their characteristics”.

So from March 27th to April 1st, the BRFLS bilingual department organized a very unique “Science carnival” to make all students actively get involved.

There were total five stations, and the first four stations were different lab works. Students worked in groups to finish the task one by one before they moved to the next station. Before each lab, the teacher would explain the principle, process and notification of each lab very carefully.

The eight labs included electrostatic experiment, making electromagnets, rainbow bottles, invisible ink of lemon juice, crazy bubbles, indoor snow, carbon dioxide balloon and paper cup phone. Students loved them!

At the last stop, students had the chance to wear lab coats and stand in front the experimental equipments. They could take lovely pictures to keep the happiest moments.
