To help children better understand the deep meaning of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Grade 2 Class 4 held a very interesting and lively creative crafts class. The teacher for this class was Wu Feier’s mother, who is quite well-known for her involvement in CCTV and other famous mother-infant columns. Our students call her, “Teacher Little Dear” as her nickname.

She prepared this class very carefully. At first, she vividly taught children the knowledge and history of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Then she drew the steps of how to make a cute Jade Hare (the symbol for this festival in Chinese culture) on blackboard, gave children a very detailed demonstration, and then answered their questions with patience.

All the children happily created their own rabbit with warm words written for their families. Teacher Deer also enjoyed this class and she wanted to take this chance to thank all the teachers for their devotion.
