Weekend Life 丨Spring Trip to North Lake Park

On March 18th, BRFLS boarding students started their spring trip to the North Lake Park where the willows by the lake begin to sprout, accompanied by residential teachers. In the early period of the Republic of China, there were small boats and ferries on the lake. Until today, it is still the most pleasant thing to take a boat and enjoy the scenery at North Lake Park in spring time.

Mr. Xia and Ms. Zhan are the teachers responsible for this event. The special thing about this event is the appearance of a new member in the leading group, David, the foreign teacher from BRFLS.

The temperature in Beijing continues to rise and the flowers are full in bloom. What warm and beautiful scenery. Students cannot help taking photos to record this gratifying spring.

The students took a boat trip in high spirits and blurted out a classical song “Let Us Sway Twin Oars”.

We also visited other scenic attractions in the area, climbed the prestigious white tower and walked through the so-called one of the longest Hutong in Beijing. With the sunset, the students had a blast and went back to school safely.
