Growing Love and Encouragement – the PYP Monthly Awards Ceremony

On the morning of December 1st, seven BRFLS international classes  from grades one, two and three were waiting for the monthly PYP awards ceremony.PYP teaching style, adopted by the BRFLS international classes, is used to cultivate/educate (both are ok) students to become independent thinkers, life-long learners and world affairs participants.

PYP leader Mrs. Lisa Coates started this awards ceremony with an excellent address. She acknowledged the entire faculty’s hard work first, and then she taught students the right sitting posture for formal situations and explained the meaning of these awards for students.

Next, Lisa and Teacher Zhen Zhen issued the award winners of the November certificates and praised their excellent performance. Teachers were delighted to see students’ happy smiles when students were joyfully dancing along with the happy music that ended the ceremony on a cheerful note.

This event will greatly continue to motivate students to set up their own examples and learn from them. We hope students continue to improve themselves and of course, none of this would be possible without the contributions from our wonderful teachers. Thank you everyone!
