BRFLS always aims to broaden students’ horizon and enlighten their understanding of art.
On March 22nd, the students took a field trip to the Century Theater. They went to enjoy a professional performance by the Chinese National Symphony Orchestra (CNSO).
Century Theater is the most advanced and well-equipped theater in China. CNSO has a great reputation because of their excellent performances and their tremendous contributions to the promotion of brass music around the world.
The brass quintet prepared many classic songs for our students, some of the songs included, Spanish songs, the Tango, French songs, and songs from the Disney films Frozen and The Little Mermaid. In addition, students also listened to the introduction of the French horn by teachers and played fun music games. They had so much fun!
Every student enjoyed the performance. On their way back to the school, some of the students were still discussing the performance and others were reflecting. BRFLS will have more of these events in the future to help the students’ continue to appreciate art.
