Protection for Little Eyes – The First Grade Lecture about How to Keep Our Eyes Healthy

On the afternoon of September 21st, the Ophthalmology Department Head from Wangfu Hospital Liu Xiangqin came to BRFLS to give the first graders a very useful lecture in order to strengthen their awareness of eyesight protection and popularize common knowledge about how to prevent eye disease such as myopic eyes/nearsightedness.

She used very easy-to-understand language with large amounts of data to illustrate the physiological structure of eye ball.

Students began to learn some common eye diseases such as astigmatism, farsightedness nearsightedness, etc. She mainly talked about how to prevent the onset of nearsightedness. Some interesting questions she raised made students actively think and interact with each other very well.

Finally, we sincerely hope students can pay more attention to loving their precious eyes and let their beautiful eyesight accompany them for the rest of their lives.
