Be Friends with Responsibility -The Third Grade Faculty and Students Assembly
There is an old story, a retiring carpenter was going to build the last house of his career. However, he did not work seriously or even jerry-built the building.
When this low-quality house was about to be finished, his boss told him this would be his retirement gift. He could not regret his behavior and attitude more than he did at that moment.
This is story about responsibility.
On September 18th, the first meeting of the third grade was held by its grade leader Zhang Yanhui. She used this story to introduce the topic of this meeting – responsibility.
She used several pictures and drawings to display the third graders’ daily lives at five different locations. Then she guided students to observe and then express their opinions about how to solve the common problems that were found.
Every student gained a lot through this great moral lesson. So next, we are eager to see their improvement in the future, even if it’s just a little bit every day.
