A Challenging Math Intelligence Competition

On the morning of December 15th,  the Math Intelligence Competition was held at BRFLS, after careful preparation by the Math Department.

According to the Department Head Li Mingyan’s introduction, this competition focused on the continuing development of students’ mathematical thinking.

Finishing 10 questions within 25 minutes, not only tested their basic math skills, but also examined their logical thinking and ability to think and react quickly. We are looking forward to seeing excellent math scores after seeing the students do so well in the competition.

Though this will be helpful, scores were not the main purpose of this activity. Our teachers hope the enjoyment students gained from this competition will motivate them to explore and learn on their own and develop a life long love of math.
