Moment of Honor: English Drama Club Wins Second Place in the Star of Outlook Competition

At the end of last semester, the BRFLS English Drama Club participated in the Star of Outlook English Drama Competition and took second place in the Beijing division. Last week the winners received certificates from Teacher Liu Yu. The certificate meant a lot to each student because they had all worked very hard. Now let’s review their performance.

Their play is called, “Monkey Subdues White-Skeleton Demon” and is performed by 13 students. They spent a lot of time practicing, and Teacher Liu encouraged them not to be shy and to focus.
On the performance day, they did their best on stage and received applause from the audience.

Teacher Liu said winning so many honors relies on the teacher’s ideas, students’ hard work, support from the school leaders, and encouragement from her colleagues.
