√Linda Liang is an award winning instructor who uses the experience and rapport she has built as an English teacher in her new role as an inaugural faculty member of the Eton X Leadership Program
√As an Eton X teacher, she helps students develop the “soft” skills that collectively can be defined as leadership. Because she believes that developing leadership depends on student initiative, she considers her role, not that of instructor but rather that of facilitator. Through relationships of trust she is able to coach her students to develop the communication and critical thinking skills that form the focus of the program.
