A Happy Christmas in Laffitte Castle Hotel for BRS Foreign Teachers

On 16th Dec 2016, the Christmas Party hosted by Foreign Teachers Affairs Office (FTAO) of Beijing Royal School was held in Beijing Laffitte Castle Hotel. Wang Guangfa, principal of BRS attended and enjoyed the party together with more than 60 foreign teachers.

“BRS families sincerely thank all the hard working foreign teachers. In the future, BRS will not only be the place for us to develop international education, but also for us to achieve shared ideals and core value in education”. In Principle Wang’s speech, he highly affirmed foreign teachers’ contributions to our country’s basic education and higher educational internationalization in promoting BRS international education brand.

The castle prepared the authentic French cuisine and wine, the teachers had a toast, and danced to the elegant music, which let the teachers temporarily forgot the work and worries. In this warm, romantic, relaxed and happy atmosphere, there are games between foreign teachers and local staffs in FTAO, such as body language game, guess the words and so on.

“ I do enjoy tonight, it shows the value and its version in international cooperation in BRS” said Samy, from California, U.S.A. He is working in high school and has been in BRS for one year and a half. In his opinion, this team building activity could enhance communication between local teachers and foreign teachers in a very relaxed atmosphere.
