BRFLS Hosts Successful Grade Two and Grade Three Open Day

On May 16th, parents arrived at school early in the morning to attend BRFLS’s Open Day for grades 2-3.

Parents first listened while students read from an ancient Chinese text during morning reading time. . Then they each took 1-2 classes with their students to experience what their classes were like. They also filled out evaluation forms in order to give teachers thorough feedback.

During snack time, they went to the International Conference Hall to listen to introductions to different overseas summer camps in New Zealand, the U.S., etc.

Finally, it was time for the parents meeting. Parents listened to reports about their children’s study progress, behavior, and other school-related issues. In addition, they communicated with teachers in detail regarding how to develop good living habits and and how to cultivate motivation.

Even when it was nearly noon, many parents were still happily talking with their students’ teachers and did not want to leave. We look forward to more successful open days like this in the future.
