"Mentorship" Opening Ceremony

BRFLS Principal Ren said: “Our students are super kids, so our teachers must be able to learn knowledge fast, be versatile, and have a lifelong learning attitude”. How to make our teachers grow up fast? We are implementing the pattern called “Partnership”. Therefore, on the noon of March 2nd, 30 teachers gathered together in tea break room on campus to start this “partnership” ceremony.

We divided teachers into two groups: “New” teachers are those who have less than three years of teaching experience but also have strong learning desire. Their partners are very experienced teachers who also like to help others and will become the new teachers’ leaders. The moment they received the letters of appointment from the school leaders, they began carrying a heavy responsibility on their shoulder.

In the meeting, Xiao Liu Lingzi and Gao Ji as a group from Music Department gave all the teachers a speech. Ling Zi mentioned her reflections and experience based on her own teaching practices. As a leader, she promised that she will do her best to care for her “apprentice” and help her to grow quickly. Teacher Gao also made a resolution that all the new teachers will study hard and do more research to become the qualified teachers as fast as they can.

In the end of the meeting, Principal Ren, Principal Bian and Director Sun all talked about their wishes, they sincerely hoped that teachers can help each other in order to better work together to build an excellent BRFLS. They also wished all the teachers not only to collaborate well in work, but also to become good friends in life.
