International Etiquette Lectures

Shi Yongqi, the guest professor of Capital Normal University Faculty of Arts and the founder of the New Century Image Management School, was invited to visit BRS and bring to all teachers and students a superb lecture on International Etiquette of Studying and Living Abroad.

Professor Shi, with his great sense of humor, presented detailed information of international etiquette using vivid pictures and words in 90-minute lecture.

Our teachers and students started to have a deeper understanding of western culture. They acquired some basic knowledge of customs clearance, car renting, public transport ride, banquet, dancing party, dressing code, gift giving and so on. All of these have far-reaching practical impacts on our life and study abroad.

China is a land of courtesy, which has always been attaching great importance on the etiquette. Therefore, it is of essential importance for our students not only to master a foreign language, some subject knowledge, but also to learn the international etiquette before they go abroad.
