The First Grade Has a Great Health Lecture

On Oct 9th, a health lecture about how to prevent infectious diseases was held for the first graders of BRFLS.

The first kind of infectious  disease is transmitted through the respiratory tract, such as influenza, mumps, measles; while another kind is called anaphylaxis  reactions, such as allergic rhinitis, or even bronchial asthma.

But she also told students not to worry or become too scared. As long as we pay attention to maintaining good health habits, and do the followings, these diseases can be prevented.

1 Wash your hands and trim nails regularly.

2 Often bask the quilt in the sunshine.

3 Don’t go to places with poor ventilation or bad air circulation.

4 Guarantee to have enough sleep because fatigue could result in the decline of immunity

5 Develop good personal hygiene, wash hands before meals and after using the bathroom.

After answering the questions from these active listeners, Doctor Jiang advocates that all of us protect our body health using all kinds of measures.
