01 谁是歌王

4月17日，北京王府学校第九届“谁是歌王”决赛圆满落幕。经过一个月的激烈角逐，选手们闯过重重选拔，最终3位选手摘得“谁是歌王”冠亚季军：

April 17th, the ninth “BRS Vocal Mic Competition” successfully concluded. After a month of intense competition, the contestants went through multiple selections and finally, three winners were crowned. They are Xu Hang, from grade 12 class 10, Yang Jianyu and Yuan Songxiang, from grade 11 class 12.

02 家委会选举

4月19日，为了更好的促进家校沟通联动，确保教育的自律和公正，规范协调家长参与学校管理和监督工作，以及配合高三毕业季活动，2022届年级组组织开展了家委会选举活动。

通过线上线下同步的方式，经家委会全体代表投票，共推选出家委会主任1名、秘书长1名、副主任3名：

家委会主任：高三4班赵家慧家长赵阳先生；

家委会秘书长：高三4班孟清扬家长刘鸿雁女士；

家委会副主任：高三4班黄轶家长夏红玫女士

On April 19th, to better promote home-school communication and linkage, ensure self-discipline and justice of education, standardize and coordinate parents’ participation in school management and supervision, and cooperate with the activities of graduation season, the 2022 grade group organized the election of parents’ committee.

For the results, one director, one secretary general and three deputy directors are elected through online and offline voting by all the representatives of the parent committee.

03 班主任培训

4月14日，北京王府学校2021-2022学年第二学期第一期班主任培训成功举行，本次会议围绕“针对校园霸凌、异性交往等学生问题，如何通过开展班会活动进行引导教育整改”的话题进行了深入探讨和研究，各年级班主任分享了自己的工作心得和未来的班会活动计划。

On April 14th, the first-class teacher training session was successfully held in Beijing Royal School for the second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The meeting focused on the topic of “Dealing with Relationships & Bullying Through Homeroom Meetings”. The class teachers of each grade shared their work experience and the plan for class meeting activities in the future.

04 足球、羽毛球赛

本周，北京王府学校高中部足球嘉年华、羽毛球公开赛都已完成最后的比赛，同学们在各项体育比赛中都展现了热爱运动、积极向上的精神面貌。相信同学们已经养成了坚持锻炼身体的好习惯，期待同学们在下周的运动会中取得理想的成绩！

This week, the Beijing Royal School senior high football and badminton matches finished their finals. The students showed their passion for sports and positive spirit in the various sports competitions. We believe that the students have formed a good habit of persisting in physical exercise, and we are looking forward to the students participating in the school sports days next week and seeing their competitive spirit!

06 家长课堂第五期

4月16日，第五期家长课堂在线上如期举行。本周的家长课堂邀请了北京王府学校升学指导中心的于丹卉老师进行了一场“选校与定校分析”主题讲座。于老师详细讲解了选校时需考虑的关键因素，并为家长分享了提出中肯建议的方式方法，使家长与学生受益颇丰。

On April 16th, the fifth Parent’s Workshop was held as scheduled online. For the workshop, we had invited the BRS Guidance Counseling Center teacher, Yu Danhui, to present a seminar on “Key Considerations on University Enrollment Choice”. Mr. Yu explained the details of choosing a school and shared with parents how to make relevant suggestions to their children. Overall, it was a very informative lecture.
