▌2018年3月21日，春分时节，在北京王府学校大操场上，王府足球队同某国际学校足球队进行一场激烈的较量。占据主场优势，北京王府学校足球队开局10分钟便率先破门，队友们士气大振，不久后凭借队友间的默契传球，出其不意地再次攻破对方防线，将比分拉至2:0；下半场，面对强劲对手，我方渐渐凸显比赛经验不足、体力不济的短板，被对方扳平比分，最终2:2以平局收尾。
On March 21, 2018, an exciting and competitive school-level football match was kicked off on our campus. Capitalizing on the home field advantage, the BRS team jumped into the lead scoring the 1st goal just 10 minutes into the match. The solid teamwork and tacit cooperation forged a 2-0 lead at the last kick of the first half. However, things can change in a heartbeat, and change they did in the second half. As the less-experienced BRS team challenged the stronger and more experienced rival, the physical superiority of the opposition found them powering through the second half, controlling the pace of the match and forging a tie. The fiercely compteitive match ended in a 2-2 tie and wowed every spectator into calling, “Bravo!”
The 8th period class each Wednesday is set now as routine training for the BRS team, and we will follow the progress of our football warriors as they race towards greater success in the future competitions.
