√Caleb Foister uses his bilingual (Chinese and English) communication skills to reach all of his students, whatever their level. He makes use of a variety of integrated teaching methodologies, including providing specific, corrective and constructive feedback to students on their speaking and writing. He is also involved in helping BRS strengthen its student advising and counseling program and has provided particular assistance in establishing positive discipline procedures for handling students exhibiting behavior problems.
