助力孩子成长 | 高二年级班级个性化小型家长会顺利开展
12月8日，高二年级期中考试后的小型个性化班级家长会顺利开展。学生家长积极参会并发言分享。年级主任房园园老师、各班主任老师及学生代表齐聚荣誉展厅，为班级期中考试后的学情分析、班级管理、升学规划、亲子沟通、家校沟通建言献策。
会上，学生代表分享了进入高二阶段以来的成长和学习收获和规划，与家长、老师进行了积极沟通；家长们分享了自身与孩子在沟通方面的故事及心得体会，同时对学校管理和老师的支持表示感谢！家长们对此次家长会分享交流的内容深有感触，希望将来用更多的时间和老师、孩子交流，一起成长。最后年级主任和班主任对家长会进行了总结并提出可操作性建议，充分发挥家校共育的优势，进一步促进学生进步和提升。家长会结束后，家长们在学生代表的引领下，一起进入了演播厅，参加校方组织的诗朗诵演出活动。
On December 8th, Grade 11 held the Small Size, Personalize, Parents’ Meeting after 19-20 Fall Semester mid-term exam. Parents participated actively. Director of Grade 11, Ms. Fang Yuanyuan, homeroom teachers, and student representatives gathered in the Honor Hall and had discussions on topics such as students’ report, class management, academic counseling, parent-kid and parent-school communication.
In the beginning, student representatives made speeches, sharing school life experience on topics such as how to make a study plan, how to communicate with parents and teachers actively and what did they learn through this experience. Students talked about the exams they had passed and the exam they are going to pass.The parents started to talk. They shared their communication experience with kids. Because of the growth of the students, they spoke highly of the administration department of Beijing Royal School and appreciated what teachers and the school have done for the students. Parents were deeply impressed by the content of this meeting, willing to spend more time on communication with kids so they could grow up together. At last, the director and the homeroom teacher made a summary with achievable advice. They would continue to provide help to students so they could make full use of the advantages of school-home education and continue to make progress. Through this meeting, parents appreciated the efforts made by the teachers and school.After the meeting, with the guidance provided by the students, parents went into Auditorium on the second floor，watching Poetry Recital Show organized by Beijing Royal School.
