法政集团与剑桥国际考试委员会战略合作伙伴启动仪式成功举行

2016年12月12日，法政集团与剑桥国际考试委员会（Cambridge International Examinations 简称：CIE）战略合作伙伴启动仪式暨成都汇文学校剑桥附属学校授牌仪式在北京王府学校成功举行。
On 12th December, Fazheng Group invited Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) associates and Chengdu Huiwen International School Cambridge associates to Beijing Royal School (BRS) to officially open a ceremony regarding education endeavors.
参加启动仪式的有剑桥国际考试委员会首席执行官奥沙利文先生、剑桥大学出版社全球教育产品总监史密斯先生、剑桥国际考试委员会东亚区总监丁伟先生、东亚区高级经理李娜女士、东亚区教师职业发展经理宋旸女士等。此外，来自国内各地近20所学校的负责人也莅临了启动仪式。

The launching ceremony was conducted in the presence of Mr. Michael O’Sullivan, CEO of CIE, and Mr. Rod Smith, Managing Director of Education Cambridge University Press, and Eric Ding, Regional Director of East Asia of Cambridge International Examinations, and Lina Li, Senior Manager of East Asia of Cambridge International Examinations, and Summer Song, professional Development Manager of East Asia of Cambridge International Examinations. In addition, guests from 20 schools nationwide were in attendance.

“中国教育必须与国际教育全方位接轨，培养适应时代发展的复合型人才。目前，北京王府学校已经成为CIE高级战略合作伙伴，可以‘代为授权’——即北京王府学校可以代表CIE对有合作关系的学校授予剑桥课程和考试资格。”王广发校长强调，“与CIE合作、与国内各知名院校合作，吸收各地区优秀的学校加入CIE体系，是一所国际学校真正的成长历程。”
“China’s education should be in line with international practice so as to foster versatile talents that adapt to the need of social development. Beijing Royal School is fully authorized by the CIE with the qualifications to grant Cambridge curricula and examination qualifications to our partner schools,” said Wang Guangfa, Chairman of Fazheng Group and principal of Beijing Royal School. “Through cooperating with CIE international schools we will provide the best pathways to develop authentic cooperative curriculum.”
自2016年10月北京王府学校成为CIE战略伙伴后，王府学校可以独立审批剑桥国际课程学校(Cambridge Associate School)，并与CIE一起在国际课程、教师培训和校际合作等方面展开更多合作。

Beijing Royal School became an official CIE associate partner in October 2016 and was granted independent approval status for Cambridge Associate Schools. BRS will work with CIE on international curriculum designing, teacher training and interschool communication。

“我们在中国最好的合作伙伴就是北京王府学校，它也是我们进入中国的第一家合作伙伴。”奥沙利文先生在致辞时说：“在品牌、办学理念、师资、课程和学术研究等方面，北京王府学校都有突出优势。在中国创建剑桥项目很不容易，它需要缜密的规划、优质的课程和高水平的师资力量，北京王府学校即是这样一所学校！”
“We really have no better partner in China than Beijing Royal School and Fazheng Group. It is not easy to create a good Cambridge international program in schools in China. It requires planning. It requires resources. In particular, it requires good teaching philosophy and, subsequently, teachers who know what they are doing and know how to do it well,” said Michael O’Sullivan, CEO of CIE.
早在2003年，北京王府学校就引进了A-level课程。在和CIE长达13年的合作期间，双方始终“互为认同、互为肯定”。尤其近几年，双方合作进入快车道。2015年3月，双方共同举办了全国第一届剑桥小初课程培训；2016年6月，北京王府学校正式成为剑桥国际考试委员会教师职业发展中心；2016年9月，双方又成功举办东亚区最大的IGCSE教师培训。
Beginning in 2003, Beijing Royal School brought in A-level Curriculum. Beijing Royal School was the first Cambridge affiliated school in Beijing to enroll Chinese students, and it shares a mutual recognition and understanding with CIE for the past 13 years. Most recently, through the particular cooperation of both sides, the curriculum has entered the fast track. BRS hosted a joint course training with CIE for the First Cambridge Development for Elementary & Secondary School in March 2015, and BRS was awarded recognition as a Cambridge Professional Development Center in June 2016. BRS also hosted the largest Cambridge Professional Development IGCSE Training in East Asia in September 2016.

作为CIE首席执行官，奥沙利文对北京王府学校团队的整体实力和执行力十分钦佩。北京王府学校在剑桥国际项目上有一系列优秀且惠及全国剑桥学校的计划：培养优秀剑桥教师，合作更多的高品质盟校，进一步加深剑桥国际课程的合作与开发。剑桥期待在这些项目上与王府学校的进一步合作。
Michael O’Sullivan, CEO of CIE, expressed his recognition and admiration for BRS’s overall strength and team work in developing an array of outstanding plans for Cambridge schools. These include excellent Cambridge teachers’ training programs, alliances with more high quality branch schools, and further development for Cambridge International curricula. He expects all parties to further cooperate in these developments in the future.
剑桥大学出版社全球教育产品总监史密斯先生也表示充分信任CIE和北京王府学校的长期合作伙伴关系。当前，中英两国政府在教育领域的合作日趋紧密，国内人才培养的标准也发生了重大变化，这进一步巩固和加强了王府学校和CIE的战略合作关系。

Rod Smith, Managing Director of Education Cambridge University Press, also expressed his full confidence for the long-term relationship between CIE and BRS to continue. At present, the cooperation between China and the UK in the field of education has become increasingly close; and the standard of talent cultivation in China also changed greatly, which will definitely reinforce the strategic partnership between BRS and CIE.
