对话城市的守护者 | 双语部一年级探究活动
北京王府外国语小学双语部一年级的同学们正在学习“我们如何组织自己”这一探究单元。在课堂上，同学们了解了社区的不同类型，并探索了社区是如何满足其成员需求的。
为了更好地学习本单元最后一个探究线索“支持/支撑一个社区所需要的服务”，同学们首先了解了社区中的各种工作角色，如消防员、商店老板、垃圾清洁工、警察等，并在6月21日特别邀请了家长代表及平西府派出所的民警们，与同学们分享他们的工作内容及真实经历。
Our first guest is Emma’s mom, from 1.1. She used to work as a policewoman in the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Public Security. She was selected as one of the Image Ambassadors from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Public Security in 2008 and did some translation work. During her speech, she taught us when and how to call 110 when an emergency happened. Also, she brought a book that included a lot of storieions about policemen’s tasks. She shared one story with us in order to remind students to stay calm when something unexpectworked happened. We loved all the stories that she shared with us and we wish we could listen to more of them in the near future.
第一位嘉宾是1.1班Emma Zhang的妈妈，她曾任职于北京市公安局，并在2008年被选为北京市公安局形象大使之一，在奥运会期间协助完成翻译工作。
在她的演讲中，同学们学习到了如何在发生紧急情况时拨打110。此外，Emma妈妈还给同学们带来了一本名为《点滴生活，感动生命》的记录手册，讲述了一个小学生迷路求助警察的真实故事。
Our second guest is Policewoman Song from Pingxi Fu Police Station. She came in with her suit so the students paid a hundred percent attention to her speech. She shared some great tips about how to protect ourselves when we stayed at home alone and we learned that if we wanted to report something through message, we needed to text 12110 instead of 110. Her speech was so informational and we knew a lot more about the jobs of the police.
第二位嘉宾是来自平西府派出所的宋警官。她一身庄严警服，瞬间吸引了同学的注意力。宋警官向同学们分享了独自在家时保护自己的一些重要技巧。同学们还了解到，如果想通过发送信息报警求救，需要发短信至12110 而不是110。
宋警官向同学们讲述了警察工作内容及安全常识，孩子们获益匪浅。
最后一位嘉宾同样是来自平西府派出所的姚警官，他特地为同学们准备了以《疯狂动物城》为背景的PPT。
姚警官分享了警察每天在社区工作中的三大任务，同时谈到了警察是如何查案、搜查嫌疑人、寻找证据、抓捕罪犯的。姚警官的分享精彩纷呈，同学们跟着姚警官的讲述思绪翩跹。
We were so eager that we wish to answer more questions but good times are always so short. We had to say goodbye and we all saluted to show our respect in order to thank all of the guests.
孩子们对警察工作还有很多的疑问等待解答，但美好的时光总是那么短暂。同学们向警官们庄严敬礼，表达由衷的敬佩与真诚的感谢。
这是一次难忘的学习体验，同学们都希望将来可以邀请更多社区工作人员来到课堂，分享他们为社区事务付出的种种努力。
