发现具有变革力的“传道者”|王府学校举行优秀教师表彰大会

全球经济一体化，中华和平崛起，亟需国际化人才的时代正在召唤具有变革力的教育“传道者”。在王府学校，正是有这样一批批敢闯敢试，具有责任担当的教育“发烧友”，才使得王府在国际化道路上一路高歌猛进。

On September 13, 2017, all faculty and staff of Beijing Royal School gathered together to celebrate the success of our most industrious and dedicated teachers. Finding and singling out teachers worthy of award and congratulations was quite a daunting task in such a large and talented group; but based on multidimensional assessment means, including a mass questionnaire survey and mounds of data to analyze, we narrowed it down to 32 outstanding teachers. Of those 32 teachers, 15 received 1st prize, 13 received 2nd prize and 14 received 3rd prize. Principal Wang Guangfa showered the prize winners with congratulations and happily addressed all those in attendance, beaming with contentment. He further urged all to strive to develop themselves and their skills to the utmost level in their positions.

Congratulations again to our outstanding teachers. We wish each of you every success in your future development and endeavors.

2017年9月13日，王府学校全体教职工大会在演播厅隆重举行，对过去一年中在教务、教辅、教导和人力部门表现优秀的教职员工进行了表彰。

通过对学生、家长、同事等多方面人员进行问卷调查，结合大数据进行多维度分析，最后共有15名老师获得1等奖，13名老师获得2等奖，14名老师获得3等奖，其中更有不少老师收获双料嘉奖。

大会上，我校校长王广发对获奖老师表示了衷心祝贺，他说，老师们能以开放创新、改革发展作为主旋律，“任性”地在王府谋发展，为实现教育价值和梦想付出了很多努力。但时代在发展，老师们仍须以与国际化接轨的高标准来要求自己，不用僵化思维对待岗位，对待职业，要用创新、开放、发展、公正、客观、理性的思维格局开启新篇章。
