我校团委组织开展“集体中塑造自我，合作中拓展快乐”主题素质拓展活动

为进一步培养和提升同学们的综合素质，不断认识和开发自身的潜能，学会更好地与他人沟通，培养分析解决问题的能力，团委于12月15日晚在风雨操场组织团员、国旗班队员开展“集体中塑造自我，合作中拓展快乐”为主题的素质拓展训练活动。

活动中，同学们以小组的形式，通过自行设计展示队名、口号、pose和队歌，开展“步调一致”、“行进坦克链”、“穿越电网”和“搭桥过河”等趣味活动，使大家相互配合，积极高效地参与到各项活动中。在进行比赛的过程中不免有意外出现，但是通过配合，大家都能机智地化解。最后，各组还进行总结反思，并根据排名得到了不同的奖励，拓展活动在欢乐的氛围中圆满结束。

In order to further train and enhance the students’ overall competence, to constantly understand and develop their own potential, to learn to communicate better with others, to cultivate the ability to analyze and solve problems, on the evening of December 15, the Youth League committee organized a quality development training activity with the theme of “Self-building in the Collective, Happiness in Cooperation” for the members of the national flag class and the members of the Youth League at the Gymnasium.

At the beginning of the activity, several groups designed their own team name, slogan, pose and team Song, and presented in front, each group’s design is very special. Later, there were some interesting activities, such as Walking in Step, Moving the Chain of Tanks , Crossing the Power Grid and Bridging the River. The members of each team cooperated with each other and actively and efficiently participated in each work. Everyone worked hard for the honor of the team. During the activities there were accidents, but through cooperation, we all defused it tactfully. Finally, each team made a summative reflection, and everyone received different awards. The activity ended in a happy atmosphere.
