全胜收官 | 北京王府学校成为BASE U19联赛大赢家

11月23日，BASE U19联赛项目北京地区国际学校体育交流赛男篮比赛、女篮比赛和乒乓球赛分别在北京王府学校、北京BISS国际学校和北京圣保罗美国学校同期举办。经过一天紧张激烈的较量，篮球比赛中，北京王府学校以男篮三场全胜、女篮两场全胜赢得全场满冠；乒乓球比赛中，王府学校赛队将男单第一、第二，女单第一、第二全部收入囊中，至此，北京王府学校成为当日几场体育赛事的最大赢家。 

我校男篮实力一直处于领先地位，在主教练孙元老师的指挥下，男篮在近两年内表现出色，未尝有过败绩，此次比赛中，男篮继续保持了稳定的发挥；女篮在李江老师的带领下高度配合，连赢两场战胜对手，这也是女篮目前取得的最好成绩；校乒乓球队在我校田佳老师的带领下超强发挥，同样也取得了历次参赛的最好成绩。 

王府学校每学期都会开展多种多样的校内、校际赛事活动，通过比赛，学生们一边锻炼体魄，一边深入强化团队力、协作力，学校希望通过促进学生们对各项赛事活动的广泛参与，带动学生将比赛中的进取精神运用到学习中，将团结互助的友爱精神浸润到生活中，以期让学子们成为德智体兼备的新时代校园榜样。

On November 23rd, the BASE U19 League competitions were held in BRS against Beijing BISS Internationa School, and Beijing Saint Paul American School. Beijing Royal School teams triumphantly won championships in three boys’ basketball matches, two girls’ basketball matches, as well as first and second prizes in boys’ and girls’ table tennis competitions, respectively. This places BRS at the top in overall wins for the one-day competition. 

Under Sun Yuan’s coaching, our boys’ basketball team has performed excellently during the past two years with zero losses. Not to be outdone, under Li Jiang’s coaching, our girls’ basketball team also had their best competition results so far.  Under Tian Jia’s coaching, the school table tennis team also obtained their best results so far, compared to previous competitions. 

Beijing Royal School holds a variety of intramural and intercollegiate competitions every semester. Through these competitions, students are not only able to exercise physically, but also learn to strengthen their teamwork and communication. The school hopes to continue promoting students’ extensive participation in these kinds of sporting events. It also hopes to encourage students to apply the enterprising spirit of within these competitions into their studies and to develop the spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance into their life.
