王府学校团委组织开展千禾老年公寓志愿服务活动

为了帮助学生进一步了解社会，关注老年人群体，培育尊老敬老的美德，近日，王府学校团委组织团员、入团积极分子和长住生开展千禾老年公寓志愿服务活动。

活动中，同学们与老人们积极互动，气氛温暖祥和。同学们首先进行了自我介绍，在沟通中，老人们悉心询问了同学们的所在年级和毕业意向，并多次和同学们强调了作为新时代的青少年努力学习去建设祖国的重要性，让大家深深的感受到了老人们的爱国精神。在表演节目环节，同学们表演了精彩的歌舞、独唱、小品和小合唱；老人们演唱了《东方红》、《白毛女》、《没有共产党就没有新中国》等歌曲，一位老爷爷在唱军歌的时候不禁潸然泪下。同学们还和老人们进行互动游戏“你说我猜”，帮助爷爷奶奶们动动脑筋。活动最后，大家合影留念，老人们热情的邀请同学们有空常来。

In order to enable students to understand society better, pay more attention to the elderly, cultivate the virtue of respecting with the elderly, the Youth League Committee of BRS Organized Youth League members, Youth League activists and permanent residents carried out volunteer service activities at Qianhe senior citizens apartment recently.

The students and the elderly had a lovely chat. The students introduced themselves to enhance the elderly people’s understanding and familiarity. The elderly asked in detail about the students’ grades and which country the graduates would go to. The elderly emphasized the importance of studying hard to build our motherland as young people of the new era, so that students can deeply feel the patriotism of the elderly. In the performance program, the students performed wonderful song and dance, Solo, skit and chorus. The elderly sang the Eastern Red, the White-haired Girl, without the Communist Party, there would be No New China, and so on. A grandfather was moved to tears while singing a military song. Students and the elderly also had interactive games together, such as ‘You say and I guess‘. They had a lot of fun together. At the end of the activity, they took photos together. The elderly warmly invited the students to come again.
