[New semester] Orientation training for one hundred new teachers

The core of teaching is the quality; the core of teaching quality is the teacher. With the fast development of BRS, the need of excellent teachers who have international experiences is growing. On 23rd August, about one hundred new teachers joined the BRS family. Most of the new teachers graduated from the top universities all over the world. HR department would give them an orientation training for one week.

“Before I came, I was told BRS attached great importance to teachers’ career development.” said Wang who graduated from The Communication University of China, “I hope to learn more about AP course at BRS in the future.”

Yu just came back from Germany, “BRS is an international school. All the facilities at BRS are designed for the students’ development.” She would become a German Language teacher in Second Foreign Language office. After the one week training, the new teachers will get better understanding about the school philosophy. In the future, all their dreams will come true with the rapid development of the school.
