Students And Staff Enjoy The Spring Weather By Practicing Jump Rope

Early this spring, all of our P.E. and classroom teachers encouraged students to practice jump rope. Almost everywhere on campus, you can see students enjoying this great fitness activity.

Jumping rope helps to build kids’ muscles, and improves reaction time and awareness of their surroundings. In addition, it helps improve motor skill development and coordination.

Recently, the school held a jump rope competition based on grade level. It included individual and team events.  Not only did our students get high scoress, but they also learned the importance of teamwork . Furthermore, jump rope is great for parent-child bonding. We sincerely hope that all of our students’ parents can join us!
