Welcome to BRSH newsletter on the 2st. Semester of 2019-2020.
On the evening of March 22nd，A promotional seminar of BRSH was successfully held online. Mr. Wang Jinsong, vice-principal of BRS, shared with students and parents our school’s personalized education philosophy and different international curriculum systems. Mrs. Yu Yao, vice-principal of BRS, Mr. Gao Yi, the director of the Guidance Counseling Office, and Mrs. Liu Hongjuan, the director of Academic Affairs Office of BRS and Middle School of RFLS, also communicated with students and parents online offering different perspectives. Mr. Wang Guangfa, the principal of BRS, gave an important speech online from the United States.
On the evening of March 22nd，with the theme of “Being the Master of Emotions”, Yang Li, the President of our school’s Psychological Society, shared with the teachers and students techniques in how to control one’s emotions through meditative breathing and progressive muscle relaxation. The live broadcast also saw excellent comments from a psychology teacher and interaction with other students.
On the afternoon of March 22nd，Dr. Yan Xiaofei, the teacher of psychological counseling in our school, presided over the 3rd Parents’ Workshop and gave a lecture on “How parents can get along with their adolescent children better”.

On the evening of March 18th，in order to earnestly implement the instructions and requirements of Mr. Cen Jianjun in the Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Guidance Meeting, and to better understand the students’ plans and preparations for study, their life and learning balance during the online teaching period, BRS actively built a communication bridge between teachers and students, organizing an online symposium between teachers and students, and holding talks with student representatives in which they could express themselves freely.
On March 15th, BRS Grade 11 Students’ Meeting was successfully held online. Nearly 260 teachers and students from Grade 11 met online to discuss their online learning experience and discuss the learning plan for the new semester.
