学生心理建设 | 北京王府学校顺利开展第七期家长课堂活动
12月6日下午，第七期家长课堂在北京王府学校荣誉展厅如期举办。活动以“学生青春期心理建设，家长如何应对”为主题，旨在帮助家长更好的了解青春期学生心理发展特点和发展任务，通过家校共育，让家长和学校同步帮助学生向培养目标迈进。
此次活动在教导处心理辅导老师严霄霏博士的主持下召开。严霄霏博士向家长们介绍了青少年心理发展变化的特点，探讨了让家长们比较困扰的亲子沟通问题，详细介绍了促进青少年心理成长的教养原则以及引导接纳孩子沟通的有效方式；在互动环节，家长们也就如何引导青春期孩子进行同伴交往等问题进行了积极讨论。
On December 6th, the 7th Parents’ workshop was held in the BRS Honor Hall. The theme was “how parents deal with students’ psychological construction during adolescence.” The activities aimed to help parents better understand the characteristics and tasks of adolescent students’ psychological development. Through home-school co-education, both parents and schools can help students move towards BRS educational goals.
Dr. Yan Xiaofei introduced to parents adolescents’ psychological development characteristics, and discussed how parents can effectively communicate with their children. She also introduced how parents cultivate teenagers’ psychological growth. In the Q&A session, parents actively discussed how they lead adolescents to properly deal with boys or girls’ relationships .
