国际化学校的旗舰应该如何打造——集团督导办走进王府学校

岑建君公参在英、美、比利时等国有近20年的教育交流经历，对许多国家如何打造国际化学校都有考察和研究。“督导工作初期借鉴英式督导机制，由督导组制定督导标准，对学校进行评估督导，撰写报告。后期可逐渐采取澳洲式督导，由学校制定标准并自检，撰写督导报告，督导办审阅督导报告并实地考察，以便查找学校制定的原目标与实际落实情况的差距。”岑建君公参介绍说。

6月12-13日，督导办在王府学校首次开展督导工作。随后，督导办还将去集团下属大连、成都、三亚等校区进行巡视考察。座谈会上，岑建君公参介绍说，此次督导工作包括政治督导和教学督导，是对校区发展的一次全面体检。

经历了2天深度调研、座谈、课堂观摩、生活区走访等，督导办详细了解了校区各学部在课程改革、管理创新、规范化办学等方面工作的进展情况，希望总结校区成功的办学经验和办学探索，为推动国际教育发展提供可借鉴的成功案例。

督导办认为，按照王广发校长的理念，各学部应继续以打造世界一流国际化学校为目标，加快推进课程改革、考试改革、测评改革等，特别是在双语教学的推进过程中，既要注重外语能力的培养，也要重视中国传统文化的传承，为培养更多具有家国情怀、国际视野和世界竞争力的国际化人才而努力。

Eight members from Fazhang Group’s Office of Inspection visited Beijing Royal School on June 12 & 13. Led by Mr. Cen Jianjun, the former Minister Counselor (education) for The Embassy of China in the United States and Director-General of Research Institute of International Education South-South Cooperation, they inspected the school’s four divisions (kindergarten, primary school, junior and senior high school), observed classes and visited students’ residential area. They also held a symposium with BRS leaders in each division, with both sides exchanging ideas related to the implementation of Principal Wang Guangfa’s plans, specifically regarding development of curriculum reform, faculty and student management, campus information construction, and, in general, regarding other plans. Both sides also concluded that BRS’s successful international model, educational practices and outstanding resources provide a solid example of how to promote the development of China’s international education.Fazheng Group’s Office of Inspection has inspected Beijing Royal School for the first time and will also begin inspecting partner schools in Dalian, Cheng Du, Sanya and others soon.
